I was disabled with fibromyalgia in my early thirties while juggling career, house-building and a failing marriage. An Invaluable Guide

When your health is failing, when you’re experiencing chronic pain, or when you learn of a new affliction stealing your wellness away, even if it’s just to learn that you must begin to take steps to avoid the loss of your health, it is natural in this day and age to turn to the Internet, books and other sources of authority to learn all that you can. Indeed, this is not peculiar behavior for a loved one or caretaker to indulge in. The seeker quickly discovers that there is no dearth of information about wellness, or limit to the advice including contradictory opinions, available. Great book for anyone in need of healing!

How great to have this comprehensive book to refer to when we need some healing. Dr. Karen has presented a variety of alternative methods which can help us feel better-physically, emotionally and spiritually. What a relief it is to learn that there are lots of drug-free tools and therapies available; moreover, her "take baby steps" approach to healing is comforting. No need to "jump into healing head-first" if it means never even starting.
